Dough made with freshly roasted rice flour, chickpea flour (besan) and a select Indian spices goes into making this traditional savory treat. A special mould is used to get fine pressed Ompodi. These traditional crunchy treat is subtly flavored with caraway seeds (omam) for that special flavor.
